Urbanaut runs its modelling agent on models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google (Gemini), using your own API key on every plan, free or paid, so you choose the model and pay the provider directly. Paid plans add agent massing and larger site imports. Every change is shown as a preview before it is applied to your file.

Yes. Maps, buildings, terrain and climate data work for any location on Earth. Jurisdiction-specific feasibility, construction rates and ESG frameworks are available for India, the UK, the EU, the UAE, Singapore, Japan and Thailand, with more being added.

Buildings, roads and land use come from OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps, climate from the Open-Meteo archive, land cover from ESA WorldCover and sun positions from SunCalc. Map layers and simulations are computed from this data; narrative metrics such as demographics are AI-generated and marked with sources and confidence.

For pre-design site analysis, yes. ArcGIS and QGIS are general GIS tools that need training and manual data work; UrbanEyes is designed for architects, developers and planners and returns analysis, feasibility, simulations and CAD-ready maps without GIS skills. It also exports GeoJSON if you want to continue in a GIS.
